In Molltaler Gletscher the ski season begins at the end of September. The ski resort has 50 km of slopes at its disposal, the longest of which is 7 km, and it is here that FIS downhill race takes place. There are nine ski lifts that lead to the slopes, of which the highest station is located at an altitude of 3122m.
For snowboarders there is a specially designed snowboard park where they can perform various acrobatic feats. A restaurant was recently built at the middle station of the ski lift with a panoramic view of the surrounding hillside, Eissee (Ice- lake), where skiers can rest and relax.
